Cancellation Policy
• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all cancellations.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson may result in a full lesson fee being charged.
• This policy keeps scheduling fair and efficient for all students.
Payments & Deposits
Lesson fees are payable before or on the day of the lesson. Packages are paid upfront and are non-transferable. All prices are exclusive of GST, which is added where applicable.
Rescheduling & Reminders
Lessons can be rescheduled free of charge with more than 48 hours' notice. A reminder is sent before each lesson.
Instructor Commitment
You'll have the same instructor for every lesson, with structured progress tracking and honest feedback on test readiness.
Benefits of Booking Packages
Packages lock in a lower per-lesson rate, give priority scheduling, and keep your learning consistent — most students who pass first try chose a package.
📄 Pre-Driving Lesson Agreement

Please read before your first lesson. This agreement outlines the terms between the Instructor and the Student for professional driving lessons in Victoria.
1. Lesson Conditions
• The Student must hold and present a valid Victorian Learner Permit or Driver Licence at each lesson.
• Corrective lenses must be worn if required by licence conditions.
• Lessons may be refused or terminated if the Student is unfit to drive due to alcohol, drugs, fatigue, or illness.
• Mobile phone use is not permitted during lessons unless directed by the Instructor.
2. Fees & Cancellations
Fees are as published on the Pricing page and exclude GST. The 48-hour cancellation policy above applies to all bookings, including test day hire.
3. Insurance, Liability & Excess
The vehicle is fully insured and roadworthy. In the event of an at-fault incident caused by reckless or unlawful behaviour, the Student may be liable for the insurance excess.
4. Behaviour & Safety
Respectful conduct is expected at all times. The Instructor may end a lesson immediately where safety is compromised.
5. Privacy
Student details are collected only to deliver lessons and are never sold or shared with third parties.
